When we were children we ran wild and free and … shoeless. Those were simpler times. When we knew who we were and what we wanted, and being STUCK only happened when we put our head in the stair railing.

We are now finding that running around shoeless can actually be therapeutic. It’s called grounding and the process has numerous benefits including calming your emotionsclearing your mind, and recharging your energy.

FIND SOME GRASS (OR SAND OR DIRT) AND WALK AROUND BAREFOOT FOR FIVE MINUTES.
