We all know that we should move our bodies every single day for overall physical and mental health.
We do know it.
But also, there’s a Big Brother marathon on the tube. Pizza and wings are on the way. And the idea of putting on the sweats and the socks and the shoes and the perfect-fitting underwear that don’t ride up with excessive movement … it’s all too much.
When feeling STUCK, getting off the couch can be the hardest thing to do. And yet, that mood-boosting shot of endorphins we get from exercising is critical now more than ever.
So find a way, we must!
SET 3 TIMERS TODAY (MORNING + NOON + NIGHT). WHEN THE TIMER GOES OFF, STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING AND DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
1) 50 JUMPING JACKS
2) 10 PUSH UPS
3) RUN FAST IN PLACE FOR 1 MINUTE
