It’s time for some self healing. It’s time to, as they say, do the work. Part of that work is being able to forgive.
Forgiving someone for pain they caused doesn’t mean what happened is ok, but it does allow you to move on, to let go, without carrying the trauma forward.
When you truly forgive someone, release them and want the best for them (as hard as it sounds), they lose their power over your life. You begin to take back what’s yours. It’s like being able to fully breath again.
Today I challenge you to take back your power over your life.
WRITE A LETTER OF FORGIVENESS TO SOMEONE ON YOUR LIST FROM THE LAST CHALLENGE (OR TO YOURSELF).
Then hold on to it, or burn it, or send it. Do whatever you need to do to facilitate your healing.
