Let’s be honest … we live a life of comfort. A life in which we are (mostly) safe and loved. A relatively easy life, at the end of the day. And yet here we are, feeling STUCK.
WHY? (No really, somebody please tell me why!!!)
Maybe it’s because our comfort zones are no longer comfortable when we remain there forever. Soon we begin to experience boredom, and discontent, and the feeling that our life is so … stagnant.
But guess what?
(NOT chicken butt.)
Feeling uncomfortable is not always a bad thing.
Actually, being uncomfortable often means we are growing. However hard it may be, we have to push through the discomfort to get to the good stuff.
Today I challenge you to practice getting uncomfortable. Prove to yourself that you can do this.
AT THE END OF YOUR SHOWER, TURN THE WATER TO COLD FOR AN ENTIRE MINUTE.
