Conscious, controlled breathing is now being shown to have a host of benefits, the most important of which, in the time of STUCK, are to reduce stress and help bring some clarity to an otherwise foggy mind.
Have you heard of Wim Hof? He takes conscious breathing to a superhero level. He uses breathing exercises to regulate his stress levels to the point of allowing him to climb mountains (big ones, like Kilimanjaro) in just his shorts. Say what??!
Today I challenge you to be like Wim Hof. Start bringing some clarity to that foggy mind. Start training to be the superhero in your own life.
