Most of us know how to stretch. And also … most of us do NOT ever do it.
What we don’t realize is that as the mind becomes tight, the body physically joins in … almost in solidarity. So we must find a way to release our physical tension. Because releasing that physical tension allows us to also release the mental stress and anxiety.
Today I challenge you to start releasing that physical tension.
SET A TIMER FOR 2 MINUTES, TAKE A BREAK, AND DEEPLY STRETCH YOUR BODY.
