When I was little the world was beginning to discover the need (the absolute necessity, in fact) for daily physical fitness. Especially as more and more people were now going into offices for 8+ hours per day versus working outside on the farms or in the fields. We were becoming more and more sedentary and starting to understand the harmful effects of that lifestyle.


Just Keep Swimming

You have to keep going.
You have to keep putting in the effort.
You have to know with undying conviction that what you are doing is worth it and leading you towards your desires.
Because life is short.
And it’s sweet.
And it’s mind-numbingly amazing.
And it’s all yours for the taking.
Just keep swimming.


How to Live

There is no 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 way to live.
There is no 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 way to be.
There are no 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘴 in life if we want to be free.
